I know what it’s like to carry the weight of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and skepticism—to wonder if healing, growth, and success are even possible. For years, I struggled with my mental health, searching for ways to feel whole, grounded, and strong. I’ve walked that road, and along the way, I built something I never expected—a mental health toolkit filled with practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

Through therapy, Kenpo Martial Arts, DBT techniques, meditation, prayer, and affirmations, I found my way back to myself. But there was one tool that changed everything for me—Scent Therapy.

The way a single drop of essential oil can calm anxiety, uplift the spirit, or spark creativity—it’s nothing short of magic. That’s why I created Dreama’s Wellness, an extension of my upcoming picture book, A Tale of Impossible Possibilities. Dreama, much like me (and maybe you), is on a journey to overcome fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs. She wants to heal the worlds she discovers—and I believe we all have that power within us, too.​
