6 Month Mentorship

Cancellation Policy

🌙 Mentorship & Consulting Terms & Conditions 1. Purpose All sessions offered through The TOI House, LLC are for mentorship, creative guidance, and consulting purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. 2. Free Discovery Session Each individual is entitled to one complimentary 30-minute discovery session. Additional sessions beyond the free offer will be subject to the paid rates listed at booking. 3. Session Duration & Format Discovery sessions: 30 minutes Paid sessions: 60 minutes Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom (or agreed-upon platform). 4. Monthly Mentorship (VIP Track) Includes 2 one-on-one sessions per month (every other week). Based on package details. Includes supplemental resources and accountability check-ins provided between sessions. Sessions do not roll over month to month. 5. Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Clients may reschedule once per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations under 24 hours will be considered used. 6. Payment Terms Payments must be made in full at time of booking. Bundles and Monthly Mentorship are non-refundable. 7. Confidentiality All discussions during mentorship sessions are confidential. Client information will not be shared outside of the mentoring relationship, except where required by law. 8. Disclaimer By booking a session, you acknowledge that guidance provided is advisory in nature. Results may vary based on your effort, application, and circumstances. 9. Intellectual Property Any resources, guides, or materials provided by The TOI House, LLC remain the property of the company and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission. 10. Agreement By booking and participating in mentorship sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
