Cancellation Policy
🌙 General Terms & Conditions – Coaching & Consulting 1. Purpose All coaching sessions offered through The TOI House, LLC are designed for education, creative guidance, and consulting. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. 2. Services Covered These Terms apply to all coaching and consulting services, including: The First Bloom (Discovery Session) The Guided Path (Monthly coaching) The Blooming Path (3-Month Package) The Path of Seasons (6-Month Package) The Eternal Bloom (12-Month Journey) 3. Payment All paid sessions, packages, and plans must be paid in full at booking unless otherwise specified. Packages and plans reflect discounted rates and are non-refundable. Monthly coaching is billed at the rate listed at checkout. 4. Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the booking calendar. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the start time will be considered used. Unused sessions will not roll over beyond the package or plan timeframe. 5. Confidentiality All discussions, session content, and personal information shared are confidential and will not be disclosed outside the coaching relationship, unless required by law. 6. Intellectual Property Any guides, resources, or materials provided by The TOI House, LLC remain the property of the company and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission. 7. Disclaimer of Results coaching outcomes depend on the client’s effort, application, and circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding specific results or achievements. 8. Recording Consent Sessions may not be recorded without mutual agreement. If recording is permitted, it will be for the client’s personal use only. 9. Limitation of Liability The TOI House, LLC is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that arise from applying coaching or consulting guidance. 10. Agreement By booking or participating in a session, package, or plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
